This is an open access book. Faculty of Mechanics is organizing International Conference of Mechanical Engineering, ICOME 2022 that will be held on 18th–20th of May 2022. The aim of the conference is to provide opportunities for the participants to: Gain insight into the cutting-edge technologies and ideas for future developments; Update their skills and knowledge by attending focused technical sessions; Network with potential new partners, clients and suppliers; View the latest technology products and services in the technical exhibition. The conference aims to bring together scientists, engineers, manufacturers and users from all over the world to discuss common theoretical and practical problems, describe scientific applications and explore avenues for the future researches in the area of Mechanical engineering.

The global Basic Income debate is now widespread, diverse, and relatively well resourced by academic and more popular literature: but that does not mean that there is universal agreement about every topic of discussion. In fact, there is still a quite heated debate about some of the most basic questions, such as ‘What is a Basic Income?’ ‘What’s the point?’, and ‘Is it feasible?’ This book is not yet another general introduction to Basic Income. There are already plenty of those. It is entirely about those aspects of the debate about which there is most discussion and sometimes the most conflict. It is based on conference papers, previously published chapters, and other previously published articles, working papers, and reports: material that has already benefited from consultation and debate, as is appropriate for a book about aspects of a debate that are the subject of frequent consultation and discussion.

This book discusses the Advances in Agriculture to Doubling Farmers Income: The changing cropping pattern, monoculture, intensive cultivation of high yielding varieties, negligence of crop rotation, non adoption of summer ploughing, and other cultural practices have aggravated pest problems; thus, their management has become difficult. Then this book focuses on some farming methods which are being used and has a future for the better development of agriculture. Doubling Farmers are so crucial in the coming years. Many proven technologies and planting improvement practices promise to boost returns and reduce the cost of production. The chapters will clearly define the Advances in Agriculture and their impacts on agricultural productivity. We wish to express a deep sense of gratitude to those who helped us directly or indirectly during the preparation of the manuscript of this text. We hope that the book is valuable and exciting to readers, teachers, and students and would urge them to know more about recent research related to Smart Agriculture. This book is designed to provide a frame of reference for students pursuing a Malaysian Taxation for Individuals and Businesses course in local universities, polytechnics and colleges. It is believed that the structured content of the book will facilitate easy reading and understanding of the readers even without any prior knowledge of taxation.
