Writes that he is an agent of part of the Waldo patent, as he is executor for the recently deceased Thomas Flucker, and a representative of Hannah Flucker. Asks Rice to send him any transactions for the land of the Waldo patent, as well as mortgages and deeds. The second letter, of 4 October, is on a similar topic.
