You may like to come back to the exercise later in the day to check in and see if your happiness levels have increased. Choose the exercises that have the most positive effect on you and repeat them daily as part of a morning routine or ritual. Don't worry you don't need to do all 30 every day but repeating 2 or 3 will help you to continue to increase your happiness levels after the 30 day challenge is over.
