Martha Rosella Elmer was born 6 October 1850 in Heath, Massachusetts. Her parents were Orrie Otis Elmer (1808-1891) and Caroline Rugg (1813-1880). She married Moses Streeter 24 November 1870. She died 5 October 1901 in Whitingham, Vermont. Ancestors and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts.
