Analyzes key critical HR variables and defines previously undiscovered issues in the HR field.

Inequalities and other “social fractures” mark our contemporary economies and societies. While global approaches may have long been sufficient in the past, the focus today is on how local dynamics can make inclusion possible. This two-volume collective work reports on these local dynamics, shedding light on how the creation of inclusive territories can be envisaged and developed. To this end, the involvement of public, private and associative organizations has been identified as one of the conditions for success. In fact, they act both as partners in a territory and as inclusive spaces. Inclusive Territories 1 examines the approaches implemented by several organizations that have made inclusion their wider objective.

The transition to net-zero emissions by 2050 will have profound impacts on the labour market and the jobs of millions of workers. Aggregate effects on employment are estimated to be limited. But many jobs will be lost in the shrinking high-emission industries, while many others will be created in the expanding low-emission activities. This edition of the OECD Employment Outlook examines the characteristics of the jobs that are likely to thrive because of the transition (“green-driven jobs”), including their attractiveness in terms of job quality, and compares them to jobs in high-emission industries that tend to shrink. The cost of job displacement in these latter industries is assessed along with the trajectories of workers out of them towards new opportunities, and the labour market policies that can facilitate job reallocation. Particular attention is devoted to upskilling and reskilling strategies to facilitate workers’ transition into fast-growing, green-driven occupations. The distributive impacts of climate-change mitigation policies are also examined, with a focus on carbon pricing and options to redistribute its tax revenue to those most impacted. As usual, the first chapter of the Outlook assesses recent labour market developments (including wage trends), but also provides an update of the OECD Job Quality indicators.

This book brings together papers presented at the 3rd Conference of Research in Economics and Management (CIREG) held in Morocco in May 2016. With a focus on the challenges of SMEs and innovative solutions, they highlight the contribution of researchers in the fields of business and management, with all their micro and macro-economic aspects. They shed light on the universal scientific vision of the importance of SMEs with answers relevant to their local context and adapted to their specific national situation. The relevance of SME research lies in its heuristic value of analyzing change, rather than in constructing a category, a particularly useful empirical concept. This third volume is focused on marketing and human resources.

Parmi les plus de trois millions d’entreprises que compte la France, 99,8% sont des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME). Elles méritent donc que l’on s’intéresse à la manière dont sont gérés les femmes et les hommes qui y travaillent. Ainsi, l’accent est ici mis sur l’aspect pragmatique et sur les implications managériales. Plus de trente-cinq praticiens et enseignants-chercheurs ont été réunis pour traiter des principales thématiques qui concernent les PME sur le plan humain. La proximité, si caractéristique des PME, permet d’en spécifier la gestion des ressources humaines (GRH). Elle influence les dispositifs de formation continue, mais aussi la gestion des compétences dans les réseaux. Le lien entre stratégie et GRH dépasse parfois le simple alignement, pour évoluer vers des formes d’interaction. Plusieurs facettes du dirigeant sont examinées : son accompagnement entrepreneurial, ses logiques d’action, la gestion d’éventuelles ressources familiales, son rôle évolutif. De la même façon, les compétences sont étudiées sous différents angles : les compétences collectives et interorganisationnelles, les compétences individuelles (évaluation...), la transmission des connaissances, l’apprentissage organisationnel ou encore les carrières. Enfin, les PME constituent un terrain favorable à la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE). Elles peuvent ainsi faire évoluer leur GRH, voire améliorer leur performance. Cet ouvrage s’adresse aux managers et aux collaborateurs des PME, mais aussi aux étudiants en ressources humaines et à la communauté académique.

La gestion des ressources humaines (GRH) en PME ne se résume pas à la transposition de celle des grandes entreprises dans un modèle réduit. Si certaines PME renferment une GRH informelle et arbitraire, généralement auto-centrée sur le dirigeant, d'autres détiennent une GRH plus partagée et relationnelle. Elle est même susceptible de revêtir un caractère stratégique : on parle alors de gestion stratégique des ressources humaines (GSRH). La GRH peut aussi s'envisager à l'international ou encore soutenir une dynamique d'innovation. Elle occupe en outre une place déterminante lors d'une transmission/reprise de PME, et vient accompagner les enjeux sociaux dans le cadre d'une démarche de responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE). Cet ouvrage vise à aborder la GRH sous ces quatre angles en répondant aux diverses interrogations des dirigeants : • Comment piloter ses ressources humaines ? • Quelle stratégie RH mettre en place ? • Comment concilier enjeux sociaux et performance ? Les auteurs proposent des pistes de réflexion et des outils susceptibles d'intéresser les dirigeants de PME, les responsables RH, les responsables publics, les consultants-experts en management, les enseignants-chercheurs en sciences de gestion, et les étudiants portant un intérêt au devenir des entreprises à taille humaine. Les propos des présidents nationaux de l'ANDRH et de la CPME permettent en outre de prendre de la hauteur sur cette thématique à forts enjeux.
