El objeto central de la Teoría del Estado es el conjunto de organizaciones formales, normas y procedimientos a través de los cuales se canaliza y manifiesta el poder público. Por lo tanto, el núcleo sobre el que se vertebra el estudio del Estado son las instituciones del sistema político, lo que induce al análisis de las relaciones entre éstas y los particulares, así como las relaciones entre el poder ejecutivo, legislativo y judicial. Son también objeto de la Teoría del Estado la organización territorial del poder, la Administración Pública en sus diferentes niveles, la constitución y el Derecho Público en general. Por último, para el conocimiento del sistema político es esencial el estudio de los factores dinámicos, como son los partidos políticos y los procesos electorales.

This volume focuses on the rights of minorities. Minorities are often subject to discrimination and individuals find themselves being rejected by the majority. As such, the project - of which the present book is part - concerns to a meta-theoretical reflection aiming to bring in new theoretical-methodological and ethical reflections to Cultural Psychology. From this meta-theoretical reflection we have been developing the notion of dialogical multiplication as it implies the diversification (differentiation and dedifferentiation) of semiotic trajectories in interethnic boundaries.

Nació en la ciudad de Guadalajara en el estado de Jalisco País México, el Día 14 de Abril del Año de 1958, hijo de María de Jesús Casillas Gutiérrez y José Refugio Rodríguez Medina, casado con María de la Luz Mariscal Espinosa, y tiene dos hijos Alfredo Akzayakatl Rodríguez Mariscal, Y Guillermo Pakal Rodríguez Mariscal. Curso sus estudios en la escuela Primaria Federal Oblatos ubicada en la calle Gómez de Mendiola y la escuela secundaria en la secundaria No. 1 para varones en el turno matutino, su bachillerato lo realizo en escuela vocacional de la Universidad de Guadalajara, curso la Licenciatura en Economía de la Universidad de Guadalajara y la Maestría en análisis de sistemas industriales del centro universitario de ciencias exactas e ingenierías de la universidad de Guadalajara. En la practica deportiva realizo las siguientes actividades: Practico el fut bol en las fuerzas básicas del club deportivo gallos del Jalisco y la universidad de Guadalajara represento la selección de vóley bol de la escuela primaria federal oblatos y la selección de beis bol de la secundaria No. 1, formo parte de la selección de fut bol de la facultad de economía de la universidad de Guadalajara, En el campo laboral trabajo en e taller de calzado de su padre, en el taller de laminado y pintura de su tío y se integra al sistema de educación prescolar abierta del D.I.F Jalisco, posteriormente se integra a trabajar en la secretaria de pesca delegación Jalisco en las áreas de auditoría y capacitación pesquera pasa a integrarse a la dirección de fortalecimiento municipal del estado de Jalisco, posteriormente se integra al departamento de auditoría a patrones del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, Incorporándose por último a la docencia en la universidad de Guadalajara en las escuelas Preparatoria de Jalisco y Escuela Vocacional y al Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara.

Transconstitutionalism is a concept used to describe what happens to constitutional law when it is emancipated from the state, in which can be found the origins of constitutional law. Transconstitutionalism does not exist because a multitude of new constitutions have appeared, but because other legal orders are now implicated in resolving basic constitutional problems. A transconstitutional problem entails a constitutional issue whose solution may involve national, international, supranational and transnational courts or arbitral tribunals, as well as native local legal institutions. Transconstitutionalism does not take any single legal order or type of order as a starting-point or ultima ratio. It rejects both nation-statism and internationalism, supranationalism, transnationalism and localism as privileged spaces for solving constitutional problems. The transconstitutional model avoids the dilemma of 'monism versus pluralism'. From the standpoint of transconstitutionalism, a plurality of legal orders entails a complementary and conflicting relationship between identity and alterity: constitutional identity is rearticulated on the basis of alterity. Rather than seeking a 'Herculean Constitution', transconstitutionalism tackles the many-headed Hydra of constitutionalism, always looking for the blind spot in one legal system and reflecting it back against the many others found in the world's legal orders.
