A rápida difusão multilateral da pandemia da COVID-19 trouxe significativas inflexões na realidade humana, impactando assimetricamente diferentes áreas, inclusive a educacional que passou por significativas transformações, a qual se tornou objeto de pesquisa neste livro a partir da visão privilegiada dos docentes. Tomando como referência esta temática, o livro, “COVID-19: Educação e a Ótica Docente”, apresenta relevantes debates sobre os impactos da pandemia da COVID-19, por meio do prisma analítico da comunidade docente, com o objetivo de discutir os desafios e possibilidades da Educação lato sensu e tomando como foco a complexa realidade brasileira. Fruto de um trabalho coletivo engendrado por dez pesquisadoras e oito pesquisadores com distintas formações acadêmicas e experiências docentes, oriundos de instituições públicas e privadas das regiões Nordeste e Sudeste do país, a presente obra traz um rico olhar multidisciplinar sobre as repercussões da pandemia, bem como as transformações da área educacional sob o olhar docente.
