The importance of protecting significant buildings from decay and destruction would seem to be undeniable. The Twentieth-Century Historic Thematic Framework is a tool for identifying and assessing the heritage of the twentieth-century. It is a way to organize and define history in order to help identify heritage sites and place them in context.
