From March 26-April 6, 1973, Mr. Symons, on behalf of the National Environmental Research Center, visited four agencies in France, Germany and the Netherlands to exchange information on water treatment techniques. Upon his return he prepared this report detailing his trip and sent it to Fitzhugh Green, Associate Administrator, International Activities.
