In a wondrous world of many races and extraordinary creatures, one obscure village of an unknown and peaceful people becomes the center of the holiest of adventures. The villagers of Bontella, at first filled with suspicion and doubt, come to accept their calling and send two young volunteers, Theerus and Casmers, into the beautiful and mystical forest of Shea to find three divine gifts. It takes them very little time to find that their adventure will be filled with trials beyond their imagination. Both encounter memorable creatures and powerful enemies and find that their world is neither as hospitable nor as peaceful as they d hoped.
