Thomas Barber of Windsor, Connecticut (ca. 1614-1662) settled in Windsor in 1635, being born in England. Descendants lived in Connecticut, New York, and throughout the U.S. John Barber (1714-ca. 1777) of Worcester, Massachusetts was born in Boston, son of Thomas and Elizabeth Barber.
