The first section of the guide lists each NCAE member organization, the organization representative, address, telephone number, and a brief description of the organization. The second section provides detailed information about the resources that are available through each specific organization -- scholarships, publications, videos, fly-in conventions, seminars and workshops, youth services, and much more.

It offers guidance on developing a program of activities to fit particular needs and provides activities for developing a program that can be scaled and tailored for various age groups and resource availability.
