Considers H.R. 3735 and related H.R. 2749 and H.R. 2750, to amend the Policemen and Firemen's Retirement and Disability Act to make benefits added in 1957 applicable to former members of the D.C. Police and Fire Departments, National Park Police, White House Police and Secret Service.
