The history of the Georgia Constitution -- The Georgia Constitution and commentary

This 1976 legal document is the text of Georgia's State Constitution. It is divided into many sections each dealing with a different aspect of the governance of the State. Each section is known as an article and there are 14 of them.

By state law, graduates of public colleges and universities in Georgia must demonstrate proficiency with both the U.S. and Georgia constitutions.
