"The Community Facilities Study consists of an inventory and analysis of existing public buildings and services. Recommendations were made with regard to needed expansions and improvements for each facility. The Public Improvements Program reviews the costs of projected improvements and establishes a twenty year work schedule based on locally determined priorities and estimated local financial capabilities. The Capital Improvements Budget is concerned with the first six years of the twenty year schedule and proposes possible means of financing the desired improvements."--Bibliographic data sheet.
