El Protocolo Familiar se transforma en un proceso mediante el cual los miembros de la familia se capacitan para comprender qué implica el ser parte de la empresa familiar y entender sus posibles roles en ella, a un grado tal que les permita definir qué es lo que quieren lograr juntos, cómo desean participar en la empresa familiar y establecer el firme compromiso de trabajar en paz para hacer realidad lo que aspiran como familia y como empresarios.

La importancia práctica que tienen en nuestro país los protocolos familiares es incuestionable.
