Owing to the great depreciation of railroad securities; and whereas, under the lease of the North Carolina Railroad to the Richmond and Danville Rail road the lessee 'deposited as collateral for the fulfilment of the covenant large amount of bonds now therefore, Be it resolved, That a committee of three stockholders be appointed to examine the same and report.
