Migraines, sinus, chest congestion? Lower backache? Bad digestion? Female issues, tennis elbow, replaced knee, carpal tunnel? What if discomfort offered inspired life guidance? This little 50-page guidebook teaches you how to interpret your aches and pains similarly to how others interpret dreams. Delving into the underlying meanings of your ailments, you will receive transformative guidance designed to help you ease overwhelm, resolve difficult life situations, and stop the frustrations of a hectic, draining lifestyle. This is not a one-size-fits-all generic list. These are personalized messages uniquely to you and your one-of-a-kind situations. In my younger years, I felt as a ship tossed in the waves. I would just get through one thing to be confronted by another. I was dismayed by all the sickness and loss I experienced in and around me. As some like to say, I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I desperately needed a way to turn my life around. That's when Marvelous Messages began! Coded within all of my afflictions, I found amazing revelations hidden in my pain. I found the wisdom to overcome, the guidance to move forward, and surprising connections to my ancestral past. Following the guidance in this book, you can too. "I always relied on Louise Hay's affirmation book for insight into my ailments, but it often left me wanting. Jamie's process offered so much more as to how what was showing up in my body was happening in my life. After using her method, I could move forward, make decisions, and take needed actions to heal my health, my relationships, and my finances." Anita Pizycki, CPA, CA

A MESSAGE FROM BEYOND THE ESSENCE is a story based on reality that has recently happened and its character is a boy, who, tired of the repetitions of life, is moving towards the future in search of a fundamental change. In fact, he is also one of the inhabitants of the same world where we all belong. The residents of this earthly world have come together with a diverse range of material and nonmaterial beliefs to be called the human community of the earth. The boy of the story is also standing at a point on such a spectrum of thoughts, but he who is plagued by the tumult of the world around him, is always dreaming of a journey, however he himself doesn't know how it will be. Though his body seems to be strapped to the geographic coordinates of his earthly planet, in his quest for emancipation from inherited repetitions from his ancestors, he eventually on the wings of his thoughts will free himself from the attractions of the material world, and unknowingly will be led to a strange path that will take him towards new unknown conceptualizations, the concepts that originate from very simple definitions and gradually will take amazing forms. In the middle of the way, the boy feels unable to return to his past world because his body and his soul are immersed in those new fundamental concepts and however at that time he is still unaware of the end of his story. Although the story of essence, like all the stories of history, is being formed by the placement of words on the whiteness of pages, it is the pattern of the boy's steps, which forms such a story of wonders that will change the melody of the future people's lives. The boy of the story, facing with a new concept named "mahiyat /ˈmɑːhiːjæt/" in his thoughts, which is similar in meaning to the word ESSENCE, and by providing a simple and precise definition for it, redefines the story of his life and will find himself on a straight path that will never let him return to his dark meaningless past life. The impacts of the fundamental concepts of mahiyat on this book's audience, which will result in chain effects on the life of the future societies, although has already begun in your mind, as the story of mahiyat is essentially the story of liberation of human body from the alluring charms of the world of matter and the emancipation of his soul from those dark painful concepts of the past life, so this is not the narrator of the story himself, but the spirit of the book of mahiyat, which leads the pen in such writings. In fact, the full understanding of the story of mahiyat requires a high concentration alongside abundant interest and motivation to discover the truth and therefore those who understand the story of mahiyat, will be its propagators in the future. Based on the New York Times bestseller The Body Is Not an Apology, this is an action guide to help readers practice the art of radical self-love both for themselves and to transform our society. Readers of The Body Is Not an Apology have been clamoring for guidance on how to do the work of radical self-love. After crowdsourcing her community, Sonya Renee Taylor found her readers wanted more concrete ideas on how to apply this work in their everyday lives. Your Body Is Not an Apology Workbook is the action guide that gives them tools and structured frameworks they can begin using immediately to deepen their radical self-love journey—such as Taylor's four pillars of practice, which help readers dismantle body shame and give them access to a lifestyle rooted in love. Taylor guides readers to move beyond theory and into doing and being radical self-love change agents in the world. “In this book, you will be asked to draw, color, doodle, talk to friends, take risks, and perhaps step outside of what feels like your natural gifts and talents,” Taylor writes. “I encourage you to release the need to be ‘good' at what you are doing and instead strive to be authentic. Perfection is the enemy of radical self-love because it is an impossible illusion. When the voice of perfectionism chimes in, take a deep breath, remember that the work is about the process, not about the product, and give yourself permission to be fabulously unapologetically imperfect.”
