Most Christians think the Holy Days that God gave to the Israelites do not pertain to them. Nothing could be further from the truth. One of God's Holy Days was and is the Sabbath. The Sabbath, or seventh day of the week, was instituted by God at the creation. It was to be kept for all peoples and for all generations.
